Ladies Only – the bike course just for you… You can leave it at home!
Would you like to explore new trails and new possibilities among like-minded people? Leave him at home and spend a day with Ladies? With us you have the chance of a unique offer. In an all-female group we will work on new skills and perfect your existing abilities. On a joint tour in the afternoon we will apply what we have learned and gain the necessary routine.
Of course, the content of the course also depends very much on the participants and will be adapted accordingly. Basic elements such as correct braking technique, riding over smaller obstacles, safe cornering and balance exercises are certainly on the program.
